SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Items on our website are usually available and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when the UPS or USPS is closed. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Thurs) and then shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided. If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Common Thread Candles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. But periodically, things don't go the way we intended. If your candle fails to burn properly or has any other defect, please let us know at info@CommonThreadCandles.com. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
